March 2012 Haul + Haircut

My March 2012 Haul :

Random things that i rarely purchased such as false eyelashes, hair products and face toner. I hated to wear false eyelashes. It used to be itchy for my eyes and very uncomfortable. But now i decided to wear this stuff , lots of beauty bloggers inspired me to wear this stuff. I agree it such great touch for makeup look!

I just got haircut few days ago.

She cut 7 inches! But i kind of feel sorry for requested 7 inches, now i want it get even shorter maybe the length like my shoulder? 

So after this haircut, i was thinking to taking better care of my hair. Before haircut, my hair was so damage and very dry! So i bought hair mask treatment and serum. 

Anyway, the main things im so excited about is my Lioele Blooming Gloss and Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet Foundation. I cant wait to wear them out!! :D And the rest of the stuff just usual beauty stuff.

FOTD (FAIL!) : Inspired by Leighton Meester Marie Claire Magz Cover 2012

Hi guys i am back with another magz inspired. I take Leighton Meester from Marie Claire Magz Cover 2012. Tried to pick colors as closest as i could to achieve this look :

And then, it turned out look like this :

Hmm.. i guess i did a fail job lol. I know what's wrong with this. It's the eye shape and makeup. Well consideringly i am kind of beginner into this very makeup thingy (okay i did makeup long time ago but it was really less makeup than i am into now) so unfortunately im lacking of tools to trick the makeup. I dont have eyelid tape which is might work to help? So it is what it is...

NYC Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder

Hey guys. Recently i got "NYC Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder" in Sunny. I seen some of beauty gurus on youtube mentioned this product. So i decided to try this out. The price very affordable, it's only "$2.99"

the shade on packaging is much more brown in real.

The swatch on my skin :

that is swatch on my skin after couple hours and i put some pink blush on my cheeks also.

Seen on the displaying in the store, i was doubt to purchase this. It look so very brown. But then i kept buying this. And im so happy because this is good also it's really affordable bronzing face powder. 

And now my final opinion.

Likes :
- Affordable
- It is sheer bronzer, i dont see any shimmery in it (i dont like shimmer bronzer)
- It's not powdery
- It's not too pigmented which i expected for a bronzer
- It gives you smooth tan look

Dislikes :
- Only available in 1 shade
- Poor packaging , u going to see it when u try to close the lid of product, it's little hard.
- Wears off / fade in couple hours.

Repurchase : Yes! It is good for daily basis!

My 1st Wedding Anniversary!

Hello Ladies! So yesterday on March, 19th 2012 was our first wedding anniversary! I can't believe how one year flies by. Praise the Lord, I cant thank enough for wonderful times that we have been through together.

So our wedding on March 19th, 2011 :

I love my husband even more day by day. I got myself the best man in the world and many times i know i been "bitching" with my "nagging" about most of small things but he keep loves me no matter what. 

There is little gift and sweet card from the man of my life :

So yesterday we celebrated our first anniversary with spent lunch outside somewhere. Nothing fancy but we just enjoyed our time together :).

Swatch : Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter (Candy Apple)

My favourite red lipstick is here. Well, not true red.

So RiteAid having good deal on Revlon , buy one get one 50% off. I picked up another lip butter and a foundation which im in love for this season and i hope for summer as well. let's see the swatch.

Really been impressed with this lipstick, i actually having dry lips now but look how this product works as its look. I really dont need to review about this lipstick as almost every other bloggers out there did review for almost this entire collections already! :)

Cooking of these past 2 days

Hello guys, if you followed or noticed on another blog that i own (On My Nail) i mentioned that i been super busy 2 days ago that cause delaying of new post for manicure. Click here if you interested to see my recent manicure.

Well, i figured to sharing some of foods that i cooked of these past 2 days. That was really tiring because we have small kitchen so if i cook over 2 meals for a day, i would end up having no spaces left for preparation and putting stuff. So alot of washing dishes are required here and of course you know its pain in the butt.

Anyway i cooked some indonesian/chinese foods that my mom used to cook when i was teenager and other foods.

1. Stir fry tofu with bokchoy and eggs served with rice - i missed these simple meal very much. I kind of realize tofu is so precious to me now. Its yummy and pricey.

2. Venison Stew ( this is deer meat stew ) - deer meat is actually taste good , we got this from one of my husband's coworkers. Her husband recently did hunt deer so we got alot this stuff :D

3. Garden Salad - we have comitted to have at least once a day have veggies. I hated it in the beginning now i start to love this and love this even more now :)

And this one is Homemade Italian Salad Dressing. I know this looks creepy and pathetic but this taste pretty good :D you have to shake this up to get all seasoning together before use it.

The last one is my most favourite and essential part of salad : Homemade Herbs Garlic Cheesy Croutons. This stuff is quite expensive for one bag at the grocery store. It's way much cheaper make your own.

4. Chocolate Chip Cookies - this is for my snacks whenever i feel little hungry during the day or night. i know it sounds not that good knowing of calories and blablabla but i just want to make this. And if you eat no more than 3 during 4-5 hours, it should be fine i guess? :)

5. Mun Tofu / Mun Tahu - served with rice. I didnt put chicken or beef in it like it suppose to because all the meat still frozen in the freezer and really didnt feel like to defrost them. :)

Pink and Rhinestones!

Hello Ladies! How are you doing? Planned to create another mani yesterday but it didnt happen until today. Yesterday was very busy day. I made lots of foods. Nothing special to celebrate but sometimes when you living in another country u will missing hometown foods so i cooked Indonesian food for me and american food for my husband along with appetizers, dessert and snacks. That was fun though.
