NOTD : Milani & Nicole by OPI

Hello lovelies!

• Base coat : Love My Nails.
• I put 3 coats of Milani Neon Nail Polish in 506 Rad Purple. 
• Then i layered with 2 coats of Nicole by OPI in Love Your Life. 
• Top coat : Sally Hansen Dries Instantly Top Coat.

I usually use 2 coats of the base color but work this particular nail polish from Milani was quite difficult. The formulation is quite sheer so 3 coats gives the result that i want. I thought to add some layers and single heart on each nail would dress them up abit. :)
